I've been working with Kastle in the basement on the push board to learn a better, tighter and more consistent box turn. He is loving it and does very well in the basement. Training at the building however, a totally different story. He was extremely distracted by Pan's (the dog running in the neighboring lane) reward tug toy. He also felt compelled to go retrieve Pan's tennis ball whenever Pan himself did not. It was annoying. Therefore, short, not so stellar video but hopefully this is a phase and his ability to focus around distractions will return shortly. Unfortunately, I know I could "fix" it by rewarding with a toy but since we still do not have an out...
I am running another dog because her handler is injured. This is what Kastle will hopefully look like someday..
